Needless to say, I am much edified by your on-going relfection in view of having an updated ALD Clergy Renewal Program under the much appreciated supervision of our good Auxiliary Bishop. At the same time, the Social Action Apostolate in the Archdiocese is ardently undertaking the formation of the Lay and Religious in the admittedly challenging task under the able guidance of our Archdiocesan Social Action Director. In view of all the above, do allow me to submit the following doctrino-normative provision for your serious considerationi and pursuant observance: “Clerics are bound to do their utmost in order to foster among the people, peace and harmony based on JUSTICE.” (Canon 287, par. 1, CIC - emphasis supplied).
